CycleWise

Menstrual health education for students, schools, and communities.

Understanding menstrual health is an essential part of helping young people feel confident in their bodies and empowered to advocate for their health.

CycleWise is an educational initiative created by Endometriosis Canada to support menstrual health awareness in schools and youth communities. The program encourages open conversations about periods, pelvic pain, and reproductive health while helping reduce stigma and misinformation.

CycleWise aims to help students understand what is normal, what may not be, and when it may be important to seek medical support.

Early education can play a critical role in helping young people recognize symptoms of conditions like endometriosis, which often begin during adolescence but take years to diagnose.

Why Menstrual Education Matters

Many young people grow up believing that severe period pain is simply something they must endure. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding can delay diagnosis of conditions like endometriosis for years.

By providing accurate, age-appropriate education,

CycleWise helps students:

• Understand menstrual health
• Recognize when symptoms may not be normal
• Feel more comfortable discussing their health
• Develop confidence in advocating for themselves
• Support friends and classmates experiencing symptoms

Education can empower young people to seek help earlier and build healthier relationships with their bodies.

WorkWell

Supporting healthier workplaces through awareness, education, and compassionate leadership.

Endometriosis affects approximately 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth, yet it remains widely misunderstood in the workplace. Many individuals living with the condition experience chronic pain, fatigue, inflammation, and unpredictable symptoms that can impact their ability to work — often without the understanding or support they need.

WorkWell with Endo, an initiative by Endometriosis Canada, helps organizations better understand the realities of living with endometriosis and create more supportive workplace environments.

Through education, resources, and collaboration, WorkWell empowers employers to support employee wellbeing while building healthier, more inclusive workplace cultures.

Why Workplace Awareness Matters

Chronic illnesses like endometriosis often remain invisible, leaving many employees feeling isolated or misunderstood at work.

Organizations that invest in health awareness and inclusive workplace practices can experience meaningful benefits, including:

• Improved employee wellbeing and morale
• Reduced absenteeism and burnout
• Stronger employee retention
• Increased productivity
• A more inclusive and supportive workplace culture

WorkWell with Endo helps bridge the gap between medical realities and workplace understanding.
