Unfortunately, many people expect us to bounce back immediately.

The pain is gone, so you must be fine now, right?

Not exactly.

Recovery is part of the flare.

For many patients, the exhaustion, brain fog, muscle aches, and emotional drain can linger long after the worst symptoms have passed.

This is why rest matters.

It's why pacing yourself matters.

And it's why listening to your body matters.
